our mission
Our mission at ArchFitt is to make a strong and stable core accessible to everyone. The ArchFitt frame allows people to exercise their core safely. The intensity of the workout is up to you. The Archfitt will allow people to correct imbalances in their core strength due to injury or neglect, or to increase the strength of an already strong core for specific purpose to increase athletic ability.

While a stability ball provides natural support, certain positions can put undue strain on the lower back.
The ArchFitt's ergonomic design takes all strain off the lower back.
It impressed me how specific and effective it was in exercising my core muscles. It really felt on target. At the same time my back and spine felt protected and supported, which made the work out all the better.
There are so many things that you can do with this piece of equipment. It is good for isolating lots of different movements that you could not do in a normal environment.
I have had so much fun using the ArchFitt. I keep finding more ways I can utilise the machine to challenge my stomach, back muscles. It’s a whole core workout in one convenient machine.
