Our mission at ArchFitt is to make a strong and stable core accessible to everyone. The ArchFitt frame allows people to exercise their core safely. The intensity of the workout is up to you. The ArchFitt will allow people to correct imbalances in their core strength due to injury or neglect, or to increase the strength of an already strong core for specific purpose to increase athletic ability. The combination of having the supportive nature of the stability ball and having your legs secured in a ergonomic position will allow novice exercisers to start on a routine in a stable comfortable environment, or an athlete to load their core using resistance or weighted leverage through their arms to develop increased power for specific throwing pushing or pulling actions.
