It impressed me how specific and effective it was in exercising my core muscles. It really felt on target. At the same time my back and spine felt protected and supported, which made the work out all the better.
Congratulations to the design of such great core muscle exercise station that should and could complement any current professional or home gym. I believe it allows novices as much as serious competitors to improve their core tone in a safe way.

I have been keen sportsman all my life. I am a surfer and swimmer and have competed in amateur bike races and ironman events. I have done lots of core training and have some lower back issues, I found the ArchFitt’s core workout both comfortable and challenging and was able to really target the core muscle groups with its unique design.
There are so many things that you can do with this piece of equipment. It is good for isolating lots of different movements that you could not do in a normal environment. You can lock yourself into position, so you do not aggravate a weakness or injury you may already have. It is good for rehabilitation and strength work. I have had so much fun using the ArchFitt. I keep finding more ways I can utilise the machine to challenge my stomach, back muscles. It’s a whole core workout in one convenient machine. I like its adaptability; you can grade it to become more difficult as your strength and endurance increase, making it great for all levels of fitness.
